Due to an increased workload and demand for our Practice Nurse time, unfortunately we are no longer able to provide advice regarding travel vaccinations. This is never been an NHS service.

We would therefore ask all patients who require travel vaccinations or advice to go to a Private Specialist Travel Clinic; they will inform you of any vaccinations you require, including those available on the NHS.

You can request a printout of your computer vaccination history from a receptionist at the Practice (please allow 48 hours before collecting) to discuss with the travel health clinic.

Boots will not see children under the age of 5 years

Cholera, Tetanus, Diptheria, Polio, Hep A & Typhoid vaccines are part of the NHS regime, therefore if you need a booster of any of these, we can provide this. However, please be aware there is sometimes a national shortage of these vaccines so please book your travel appointments well in advance of your travel dates.

Once you have the above information please book a telephone conversation with one of our Practice Nurses. They will then discuss the availability of vaccines and make a 20 minute appointment for your vaccinations.

Please note that anti malaria medication is not covered by the NHS and can be sourced from a Pharmacy or Travel Clinic.
