Did you know you can access GP services from your computer, tablet or mobile phone with Patient Online?  You can book GP appointments, view a partial summary of your health record which includes Medication, Allergies and Immunisation history or renew prescriptions via the clinical system.  To register for this service please come to the surgery reception for further details.  You will need 2 forms of identification (one needs to be photo ID such as a passport or driver's licence, the other a utility bill to confirm your residence) to access this service. If you need to contact a Doctor when the surgery is closed you need to call the out of hours service on: 111. The 111 service will help you to find the right care to meet your requirements, including the Devon Doctors service. This service can also advise on pharmacy opening times, emergency dental services and emergency family planning service.

 

Emergency Ambulance Service - If your condition is life threatening you will need to call an ambulance on 999, but remember that the service will be very busy. If you are in any doubt, call 111 who will advise you and call an

ambulance for you if it is needed.

 

Derriford Hospital Accident & Emergency will operate as normal throughout the Bank Holiday’s. Please make sure you only use this service when it really is an emergency.
