Managing your health online

Patient Triage

There are many things you can do online. Some tasks you can do using a website called Patient Triage where you can:

  • request a sick note
  • request a prescription
  • ask about test results
  • contact us about an admin request

You don't need an account to use this website.

Our preferred method of contact for health issues is via our phone line. We have an experienced reception team who are ready to help and meet your needs. We are aware that this mode of contact doesn't suit everyone, so if you wish you can contact us online here.

Please be aware you may be asked to book a GP appointment in the usual way.

NHS Account

Using your NHS account, you can:

  • order repeat prescriptions
  • view your test results online
  • see parts of your health record
  • check or cancel appointments
  • see your vaccination record

You will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up an NHS login.

Once you have set up your NHS login, you can log in to your NHS account or download the NHS App onto your phone.

You will need to verify your identity before you can view all information in your NHS account. To do this on the app:

  • take a photo of your ID
  • record your face using your device
  • enter your NHS number if you know it

If you do not have photographic ID, you will need to come to the surgery to fill in a form, which will allow us to send your login details. These can then be entered into the app to allow you to view all information.
