Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) - for 15 years and older

CALM is a charity helpline and webchat open 365 days a year, offering practical suggestions for all of life’s problems - whether that’s anxiety, relationship concerns, health worries, money worries or suicidal thoughts.

Samaritans

Samaritans is a charity group dedicated to reducing feelings of isolation and disconnection that can lead to suicide. They have trained active listeners and anyone can contact Samaritans, no matter how old you are.
