SATURDAY & SUNDAY 30TH & 31ST MARCH - CLOSED AS NORMAL

MONDAY 1ST APRIL - BANK HOLIDAY - CLOSED

Normal surgery opening times (including extended hours) will then operate after these dates
If you need to contact a Doctor when the surgery is closed you can either contact the Out of Hours GP Service direct on 0845 6710 270 or ring the normal surgery telephone number: 01364 72394 when the answerphone will give the contact numbers.

Extended Hours
Our extended hours service covers three mornings per week with surgeries starting from 7.30 a.m. in addition to our normal opening hours.  These specific appointments are bookable in advance and are intended for those patients who usually cannot attend a doctors appointment during normal surgery hours.  The extended hours will be as follows:  Please note however the phone lines are not switched over until 8.00 a.m.

Appointments

For an appointment please telephone reception.

You will first need to ask at reception for a registration form and PIN and then follow the link below.

If you are not able to keep an appointment please let us know, giving us as much notice as possible.

If your appointment is urgent, please tell the receptionist who will try to fit you in the same day where possible.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to the Health Centre a home visit can be arranged by telephoning 01364 72394. Visits are carried out at the end of morning surgery.

It is helpful if you can ring before 10.30am so that the Doctors can plan to see the most urgent cases first.

Telephone Consultations

At times it may be more appropriate and easier for you to talk to a doctor or a nurse on the telephone rather than coming into the Health Centre for an appointment.  If you would like a telephone consultation, please ask a receptionist and you will be given a time when the doctor or nurse will call you back.

Please be aware that reception staff have been asked not to interrupt the Doctor during surgery unless it is an emergency.
